Stray Kids’ Bang Chan is always highlighted as one of the funniest members of the boyband for his unwavering charisma at every fan gathering. However, his signature energy will be missed as he is currently facing health woes.
On January 12, JYP Entertainment announced that Bang Chan had developed “sudden symptoms of the flu” and he is not going to be participating in the scheduled activities for Stray Kids today.
The two events held the “合 (HOP)” SOUNDWAVE Korea Video Call & Fansign Event and the “合 (HOP)” StarRiver China Video Call Event. The medical advice was to take adequate rest for the safety of both the artist and fans.
JYP Entertainment concluded their statement by apologizing to Stray Kids’ fans, better known as STAY, who have been looking forward to his schedule and asked for understanding while Bang Chan recovers.
