Tom Holland reveals why he skips red carpets with Zendaya

Tom Holland wants the spotlight to shine bright on Zendaya—so don’t expect him to walk every red carpet at her premieres! The 28-year-old actor told Men’s Health he prefers to support his girlfriend from the sidelines so she can have her own moment. Revealing why they don’t walk many events together, he told the magazine:

“Because it’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us.”

After all, the duo sparked their romance both on and off screen since teaming up in 2017’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming.” While fans would love to see them pose hand-in-hand at every event, the actor insists that when it’s Zendaya’s night, he’s just there to cheer her on!

The couple’s last major red carpet together was at the Los Angeles “Spider-Man: No Way Home” premiere in December 2021—no wonder fans are begging for more. But fear not! The iconic pair are set to reunite on screen soon, with Tom Holland and Zendaya returning to cinemas for the next Spidey movie in 2026, which will start filming in summer 2025.
