King Charles III’s Christmas Day at Sandringham with the Royal Family was highlighted for all the wrong reasons. Despite the celebrations being to spend time in private, the potential royal wedding for 2025 brought the heat online.
A strict rule exists that Royal Family members wouldn’t invite their partners to Sandringham until they were officially married. From Kate Middleton to Mike Tindall, they all had to wait until after their weddings to attend this magical place. However, Meghan Markle was the first to break the rule with an invitation in 2017 and history repeats itself in 2024.
This year, Samuel Chatto, grandson of Princess Margaret was granted special permission to invite his girlfriend, Eleanor Ekserdjian to the Royal Christmas celebration. Richard Eden of the Daily Mail set the tone after indicating that a Royal wedding is on the horizon.
