Jessi is widely popular among Kpop idols for breaking stereotypes and boundaries when it comes to her personality and music style. Unfortunately, the idol has surrounded herself with tens of dramas and controversies, including the latest assault incident.
On December 2nd, Jessi posted a heartfelt message in English on her Instagram account to celebrate her 19th debut anniversary. She started to thank all of her fans, better known as Jebbies for riding with her for so long.
She also wanted to reflect on her journey to explain she has been a rollercoaster but she is completely grateful to have all of her fans by her side. She acknowledged she has grown so much from a young girl to a woman navigating through the Kpop industry.
She wanted to end her heartwarming message by explaining all of these difficulties and struggles during her journey as an idol, she wanted to believe she could inspire everyone to chase their dreams and never give up despite the adversities.
“The challenges I’ve faced taught me that no one knows my struggles better than I do. Your faith in me throughout it all has been my greatest strength. I hope I can inspire you not to fear chasing your dreams and to never give up on your goals.”
