BTS’ V and his dog, Yeontan, shared thousands of unforgettable moments, since the very start of his career until now, the pair has been inseparable. Unfortunately, they must say goodbye for Yeontan to start a new journey in the afterlife.

On December 2, Taehyung took over his social media to announce a deeply sad news for the idol and for those who were fans of his friendship with Yeontan. He wanted to start his message by wondering how his fans, better known as ARMY, have been during this cold season.

He also confessed the reason why he is sharing today with ARMY is to announce that Yeontan passed away. Although he didn’t know if he was ready to share the sad news with the world, he decided to do it because they had been always riding with Yeontan since the very beginning.

“The reason I’m writing this post today is that recently, Yeontan has embarked on a long journey to the dog stars. I thought a lot about how to tell you this, but I felt it was right to share this news with ARMY, who has shown so much love for Yeontan. I would be grateful if you could remember Yeontan and wish for his happiness even in the stars.”
