These are some of the Kpop groups and soloists to appear on this week’s Billboard World Album Chart.
ATEEZ surprised the whole world with the release of her new mini-album, “GOLDEN HOUR: Part 2,” which debuted at No. 1 on this list, making them the third Kpop artist in history to top the chart multiple times.
On the other hand BTS’ Jin’s debut album, “HAPPY” landed at No. 2 on the list, becoming his first-ever solo entry on the Billboard 200. BTS’ Jimin shows resilience by being steady at No.5 in its 18th week on the World Albums Charts, such a great achievement.
ENHYPEN’s second studio album, “ROMANCE: UNTOLD” is also on the list at No. 3 on the World Albums charts following the release of a new repackaged album, “ROMANCE: UNTOLD daydream.” TXT is following a close race as their album, “The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY” ranked No. 4 in its third week on the chart.
SEVENTEEN is in sixth place on this important list with “SPILL THE FEELS,” followed by ILLIT’s “I’LL LIKE YOU” at No. 7 in its second week. BTS couldn’t be away from this chart as they are one of the most popular boy bands despite not being currently active, their 2022 album, “Proof” managed to stay at No. 9
Stray Kids’ “ATE” took the No. 10, NCT DREAM’s “Dreamscape,” debuted at No. This week and aespa’s “Whiplash,” closes the appearances of idols at No. 12. What a great week for the Kpop genre globally, don’t you think?
