King Charles III has been one of the most talked about royal members due to his unexpected cancer announcement and subsequent treatment. Despite the King disappearing completely from the royal scene for a while, he is working hard to prove to everyone he can still rule the monarchy with ease.
Newsweek brought to the table an analysis of the Court Circular to state that King Charles III had been working more days than Prince William since he resumed his royal duties. The royal followers couldn’t explain why the Prince of Wales is still receiving all of the spotlight.
The report showed that the Prince of Wales was recorded undertaking engagements on 71 days, while King Charles III worked on 118 days in 2024. Although the King reduced the frequency of his public appearances he continued to have meetings in person at royal residences.
Prince William is currently receiving backlash because of the number of days he worked in 2024 because he is next in the line of succession to become the Monarch of the United Kingdom. However, William also took care of his family while Kate Middleton was receiving preventive chemotherapy.
