Prosecutors outlined a detailed timeline, claiming Payne ordered alcohol late on October 15 and again early the next morning. Reports also allege he contacted his friend Rogelio Nores to request drugs and prostitutes. Then, he engaged in destructive behavior in his hotel room, with hotel staff attempting to intervene before he ultimately fell from his third-story balcony, passing from a cranial fracture due to the fall. Toxicology results later revealed the presence of multiple drugs, including cocaine, in his system.
