BTSSuga previously purchased the third floor of a luxury villa, Hannam Riverhull in UN Village for 3.4 billion won. However, the idol also purchased another luxury villa, Parc Hannam in November 2021 following reports of conflicts with some residents, now the idol isn’t the owner of either of the residences.

The luxury villa Parc Hannam is located in UN Village, where the BTS member lived on a deposit paid by BigHit Music. However, new reports indicated that the property will be purchased by Choi Jin-Man, the founder of Cricket Group.

The rent for Parc Hannam is approximately 7.1 million USD, with the deposit paid by BigHit Music. Suga lived in the residency until May 2023, before relocating to Nine One Hannam, another luxury residence.

There’s no exact date when Choi Jin-Man will be purchasing the property, but surely BTS fans, better known as ARMY will be taking care of every detail. Stay tuned for further notices on BTS’ Suga’s residences.
