BTS’ Jungkook continues to make waves, even from the military! His debut solo album, “GOLDEN,” which dropped on November 3, 2023, has soldiers singing his praises on its first anniversary. To celebrate this milestone, fans organized a celebration at a cozy cafe, and South Korean soldiers eagerly joined. They left heartfelt notes and messages, proving that “GOLDEN” was an iconic moment in K-pop music.

One soldier shared a sweet story of joining the 5th division, inspired by Jungkook’s music. Another quoted lyrics from the album’s iconic tracks, revealing the touching impact Jungkook’s artistry has on his fans. “GOLDEN” has been a global sensation, with smash hits like “Seven” featuring Latto, the electric “Standing Next To You” remix with Usher, and the sultry “3D” with Jack Harlow and Justin Timberlake.

Jungkook’s first year as a solo artist was nothing short of iconic. Collaborating with heavyweights like Ed Sheeran and DJ Snake, he’s shown the world his undeniable superstar power. Just like that, the BTS member has both fellow soldiers and fans celebrating the release of a project that changed music (and lives). As fans wait for his military discharge on June 11, 2025, this album will be gracing their playlists.
