BTS’ has built an enormous legacy with tens of playful songs, but many fans and non-fans still recognize that their song, “Spring Day” is one of the group’s most popular songs despite being one of the oldest.
“Spring Day” was released on their 2017 album, “You Never Walk Alone” and has one of the most beautiful music videos released by the boy band. The multiple locations are frequently visited by the fans, but they will have one less spot from the music video because it is going to be demolished.
The iconic scene shows BTS’ V standing at the Iryeong Station located in Yangju, a city in Gyeonggi Province, about an hour from Seoul by train. Although the station has been closed since 2004, tourism has significantly increased after the music video.
One of BTS’ fans, better known as ARMY reported that on November 1, he tried to visit the location and discovered the machinery seemingly to demolish the station. The fans filled social media with sadness after this unfortunate news.
