Stray Kids are currently dominating the whole world with their great tour, “dominATE” in support of their album, “ATE.” The great visuals, performances, and charisma of the boy band have made this era a unique and special moment for the fans. Unfortunately, one of the dates was postponed for major weather reasons.
On October 30, Stray Kids announced that their stop in Kaohsiung, which was originally scheduled to take place on November 2, would now be pushed one day to November 3 at 6 p.m. local time due to Typhoon Kong-Rey.
Typhoon Kong-Rey has been highly unpredictable, and Stray Kids are well aware of it. That’s why they wanted to take care of their fans, better known as STAY, encouraging them to take care of their safety and be updated with the announcements from Live Nation platforms. Here’s the full English statement:
“Unfortunately, due to disruptions caused by Typhoon Kong-Rey, a “Typhoon Day (31 Oct)” has been declared. We regret to announce “Stray Kids World Tour <dominATE KAOHSIUNG>” scheduled for November 2nd, 2024 at Kaohsiung National Stadium has been postponed to 6 PM on 3 November, 2024. After many discussions and evaluations regarding concerns about stage setup and the safety of our audience, we unfortunately had to make this decision. Please kindly understand that we are currently planning to implement the best measures to ensure the safe travel and performance of the members. Tickets for the original date will remain valid for the rescheduled date. For those who are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please visit the tixCraft [website] for ticket refund details.”
