King Charles lll and Queen Camilla Parker have rizzed up followers with their royal vibes during their visit to Australia and Samoa. Their stay in these territories went smoothly, and no wonder why! Their security was all hands on deck, making sure to be ready to protect the royal duo and take down any threats before they could even act.
That was the case in Sydney! The Opera House welcomed King Charles and Queen Camilla with thousands of fans at the venue. But guess what? Eagle-eyed fans spotted two police snipers lurking—one atop the Opera House sails, the other on a nearby building. Dressed in black with scarves and sunglasses, the snipers added a protective aura to the royal visit.
The high-security snipers were no surprise, though. Flashback to 1994: King Charles had a close call in Sydney when he was shot at with a starting pistol by student David Kang protesting asylum policies. Back then, Charles stayed calm despite his guard, Superintendent Colin Trimming, shielding him aggressively.
Fortunately, no incidents occurred this year but the royal security team remained sharp, keeping Charles and Camilla safe!
