Today, aespa’s “Whiplash” claimed the crown on the Hanteo Album Chart with a whopping 562,980 copies sold. This electrifying mini-album has clearly captured hearts (and buyers), proving once again why aespa is a dominant force in K-pop. This marks aespa third release this year, following the success of their album “Armaggedon” and their Japanese debut “Hot Mess.”
ILLIT’s “I’LL LIKE YOU” secured the second spot with 298,310 copies sold. Meanwhile, ITZY’s “GOLD” landed in third place, selling 31,049 copies. This time, girl groups are reigning supreme in the top 3! But things quickly change starting at 4, with ONE PACT snagging the fourth spot. Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN rounds up to the top 5 with “SPILL THE FEELS.”
