This is the embarrassing nickname Mike Tindall gave Prince William

Thanks to an interview by Rugby League legend Rob Burrow, it was revealed that this is Mike Tindall‘s embarrassing nickname for Prince William, adding one more to the list of aliases for the royal family.

Burrow asked the Tindalls if they had a special name to address members of the royal family, to which Mike could not contain himself and revealed that there was one embarrassing one in particular, saying, “For the Prince of Wales, he is known as One Pint Willy“, generating laughter from those present.

Mike then explained the reason for Prince William’s nickname, “He is known to me as One Pint Willy, because he is not the best of drinkers, coming from a sport where it is built on the social aspect and a couple of beers being sunk quite often“, and added, “That is one I will definitely give away for the Prince of Wales“.

Although Zara Tindall had initially laughed at her husband’s confession to Burrow, a few minutes later she saw Mike and assured him, “Oh my god. You are in so much trouble“, implying that he had spoken too much and would not be liked by the crown prince.
