Former RIIZE member Seunghan is defended by an alleged classmate: “he’s someone who loves people”

Seunghan‘s sudden exit from RIIZE has left fans shocked, but one of his alleged classmates has come forward to defend him. On October 19, during a protest outside SM Entertainment, a former SOPA (School of Performing Arts Seoul) classmate of Seunghan joined the rally to support his friend.

“Seunghan is really a kind friend who welcomes all his friends who come to see him. He’s just someone who loves people.”

The alleged classmate, who attended the protest unmasked, shared details about Seunghan’s true personality to combat malicious rumors. He emphasized that Seunghan isn’t a fan of alcohol and simply loves spending time with friends. These comments were a direct response to haters who have been spreading unverified stories about the idol’s pre-debut activities, such as drinking and smoking.

Seunghan was put on a 10-month hiatus following pictures of himself smoking, drinking, and kissing his ex-girlfriend being leaked. Recently, SM Entertainment announced the idol would rejoin RIIZE. However, some South Korean fans protested on the Internet and outside SM Entertainment’s headquarters against this decision. As a result, the company decided to keep Seunghan off the group, leaving many fans shocked.
