The countdown is officially on! BTS’ J-Hope is just days away from completing his military service, with 99% of his time already behind him. The hype is real for ARMYs worldwide, who are ready to welcome him back. During his time in the military J-Hope has served as an assistant training instructor with the 36th Infantry Division in Wonju.
Despite the constraints of military life, J-Hope never really left! In March 2024, his fans were treated to “HOPE ON THE STREET,” a six-part docuseries that delved into his artistic roots and passion for street dance. The series, alongside the album “HOPE ON THE STREET Vol. 1,” kept the ball rolling and gave fans a little reminder that he would be back.
Now, with his discharge just around the corner, the anticipation for J-Hope’s return is sky-high. This isn’t just a personal milestone for him but a significant moment for BTS and their fans. The idol is expected to return on October 17, 2024. With this, he is joining his bandmate Jin, who was the first BTS member to be discharged on June 12 this year.
