This past Sunday, August 6th, during their performance at the American Music Awards 2024, the boyband Stray Kids paid an iconic tribute to NSYNC that went viral on social networks.
During the 50th anniversary celebration of the American Music Awards, the members of the K-Pop group used their time on stage to honor NSYNC and their hit song ‘Bye Bye Bye‘ by making a clear visual reference to the original video of that song that was released over 24 years ago.
What an honor to see@Stray_Kids recreate the "Bye Bye Bye" marionette moment on stage tonight at the @AMAs! Congrats on an amazing performance #amas50 pic.twitter.com/XAYhP4u9CG

The members of Stray Kids appeared on stage with strings attached to each of their limbs, making them look like puppets, to perform the famous song just like NSYNC did in their performance at the American Music Awards in 2000.
This was one of the most exciting performances of the evening, especially for the personal touches that Stray Kids gave to the choreography. The moment has been published on social networks and has reached amazing numbers of reproduction in less than 24 hours.
