NCT’s Taeil is making tens of headlines in South Korea for his controversial case after he was indicted in June for sexually assaulting a drunk woman, along with two of his acquaintances. When everyone thought justice would be served, they learned it was going to take a little more time.
On October 7, it was confirmed that the former member of NCT, Moon Taeil, has been under police investigation for aggravated quasi-rape following allegations of sexual assault. The idol was questioned by the Seoul Bangbae Police Station and was transferred to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office on September 12.
The prosecution has not yet summoned Taeil for further questioning and is currently without detention on quasi-rape charges. The K-netizens showed their outrage on social media because the alleged sexual assault shouldn’t be taken for granted, particularly from a worldwide known idol.
