aespa, NewJeans, and other familiar faces are making moves on the YouTube Music South Korea chart, going from September 27 to October 3, 2024. But taking the top spot we got “My Name is Malguem” by QWER, showcasing musical diversity coming from a band. This pop-rock track has seen an explosive rise on the charts, along with previous releases by them like “TBH.”
Following up, DAY6 continues to hold their ground with two tracks in the top three. Meanwhile, girl groups aespa and NewJeans are keeping the competition on their tippy toes with their long-lasting hits. Closing out the top 10, we got ILLIT, who have dropped one of the catchiest K-pop bops this year.
