The British media outlets were eagerly waiting for Prince Harry to reunite with King Charles III during his short visit to the United Kingdom. Despite attending the WellChild Awards 2024, the Prince didn’t have plans to meet with anyone, and unfortunately, the royal rift keeps increasing as time passes.
The pattern is very similar to May when the Duke of Sussex traveled to the United Kingdom for the 10th anniversary of his Invictus Games but didn’t meet with any member of the Royal Family. However, the British royal expert, Hillary Fordwich told Fox News that King Charles III is likely to eventually seek peace with the Prince no matter what Prince William thinks.
“If anyone would relent, it would be King Charles III, whom, of course, Prince William won’t challenge. The King still misses his ‘darling boy’ and would like to see more of Prince Harry.”
Ultimately, Prince William has become the major obstacle to a reconciliation between Prince Harry and the Royal Family. He is reportedly still hurt over Prince Harry’s memoir, “Spare,” released in 2023, where he harshly attacked the Royal Family’s behavior towards Meghan Markle.
