1. Eric Nam: During a conversation with Tom Holland, the actor praises the singer, saying, “You speak great English, man. How did you learn English?” to which the idol responded, “I am American“, shocking the British celebrity.
2. P1Harmony’s Keeho: While interacting with his fans through a live broadcast, the idol received a comment, “Your English is so good“, to which he said, “Yeah, I know. I’m Canadian“, after another comment like the previous one, he explained, “I was born in Canada, guys“.
3. The Boyz’s Kevin: During a conversation with fans, the singer received the praise, “Your English is very nice“, and he jokingly replied, “I would hope so; it’s my first language“, as he is also Canadian.
4. Zerobaseone’s Matthew: Amid a live broadcast with fans, the K-Pop artist received the comment, “Dude, your English is so good“, and with a tender laugh, he said, “Dude, I’m Canadian. But thank you, cutie“.
5. Jay Chang: While talking with fans on a live broadcast, the singer read a comment that said, “Your English is amazing“, to which he answered, “Thanks, I was born in New Jersey“.
6. NCT’s Johnny: During an appearance on a TV show, the boy group gave a speech, and when it ended, the host said to the idol, “Your English is phenomenal“, to which the singer said, “But I’m from Chicago“, while laughing.
