K-Netizens and K-Dramas fans love to watch a good series, with impeccable performances and plots. However, some of the most popular South Korean male actors have transformed themselves to give their best to the public, and these three were barely recognizable back then.

1. Kim Sung Oh: The actor had one of the most extreme weight loss by far for his groundbreaking role in the thriller film, “Missing You.” Sung Oh lost 16 kg in a single month ending up in several risks in her health. He stated he felt weak during the film recordings and he even passed out once.
2. SF9’s Rowoon: The acclaimed actor and idol was highly acclaimed for his role in the K-Drama, “Destined With You.” However, the idol confessed in a press conference he lost 8kg to play the lead role in the series because he wanted to look as much like his webtoon.
3. Park Seo Joon: The idol had one of the greatest performances along with Park Bo Young and Lee Byung Hun in the thriller, “Concrete Utopia.” However, the idol underwent a drastic change in his role by losing 7 kgs. He even confessed there were times he felt dizzy and he experienced a whole brand new emotion about the relationship with his body.
