BTS’ Jimin had one of the most popular releases this year despite competing with Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and tens of Kpop idols. However, the idol shone brighter than ever and the undeniable success of his album, “MUSE,” is the only proof you need to believe it.
Recently, BTS fans, better known as ARMY, noticed that Jimin’s song, “Who,” broke one of the most astonishing records on Spotify. On September 22 KST, the idol surpassed the 600 million streams on Spotify within 66 days after its release.
The record was previously held by Sabrina Carpenter with “Espresso” in 68 days and “Please, Please, Please,” in 77 days. Although Jimin hasn’t promoted the song directly since he enlisted in the South Korean military, the song has skyrocketed on its own.
