Stray Kids’ Felix is widely popular for being one of the most gorgeous idols in the Kpop scene. However, the idol also stands out for his charisma, talent, and philanthropy, and his latest gesture proves how kind and dedicated he can be towards charity.
On September 15, Felix celebrated his birthday with thousands of fans through a WeVerse live. However, what fans didn’t know, he donated 100 million won (USD 75,008.63) to kids in need on his birthday.
The generous donation was received by UNICEF and World Vision, both receiving 50 million won (USD 37,508.83). The donations will be used to aid hungry children in Laos and Korea. On top of that, the idol wanted to express his support for these kinds of projects that protect the kids.
“I want to keep supporting work that protects the pure hearts of children. I feel grateful to be able to make my birthday a special day by sharing the love fans gave me. I hope the money goes where it is needed.”
