The Prince and Princess of Wales quietly support a local food bank after a shocking robbery
Prince William and Princess Kate once again proved their hearts are in the right place by stepping in to help a London food bank hit by a major theft. The royal couple made a generous donation to the Southwark Foodbank after £3,000 worth of food supplies were stolen, leaving the charity scrambling.
Following the donation, the Pecan community charity, which runs the food bank, took to social media to thank the royals for their support. They shared a heartfelt message, expressing how the couple’s donation came after hearing about the criminal act, which had a huge impact on the most vulnerable in the community.

This isn’t the first time Prince William and Kate Middleton have come to the rescue. Their history of helping food banks is well-known, as they’ve personally pitched in to distribute food parcels in past kind gestures.
