On September 14 KST, The Golden Maknae shared a support message for NewJeans amid the girl group’s conflict with HYBE involving Min Hee Jin. Immediately, the K-Netizens and BTS fans, better known as ARMY, showed love to Jungkook and NewJeans.
BigHit Music wanted to address the situation and clarify Jungkook’s cryptic message by stating that they indeed have the belief that no young artist should be treated badly and even they shouldn’t be dragged into disputes. They endorse Jungkook’s post and the idol is currently being praised online for his bravery in talking about complex matters.
“We have confirmed this was posted with the belief that, under no circumstances, should young artists be dragged into disputes and used as a shield.”
