It has been confirmed that a monument will soon be unveiled to commemorate what would have been the centenary of the late Queen Elizabeth II, who was born on April 21, 1926, and died at the age of 96 on September 8, 2022.
The monument is intended to honor and permanently keep alive the legacy of the late monarch, who was at the helm of the British crown for 70 years, making her the longest-reigning queen of the royals in the last century, as well as having done an impeccable job during her reign.
According to the Daily Mirror, the sculpture honoring the life and legacy of the late Queen will be unveiled in St. James’s Park in London, explaining that this location was strategically chosen to honor Queen Elizabeth because of the importance of this place for the British royalty.
In St. James’s Park are held very often the concentrations of royal supporters, as well as important things happen for the monarchy as the parade of the flag, the changing of the guard, coronations, and jubilees, certainly an ideal place to keep alive the memory of Queen Elizabeth II.
