The Kensington Palace squad is growing! Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton are on the lookout for a new senior communications officer to keep their royal ship sailing smoothly. The job? Handle media inquiries, plan engagements, and be ready to travel around the globe when needed.

It’s a big role, but with Kate Middleton focusing on her health, this new addition will come as huge support for the mother of three. This is what the Wales crew is looking for in their communications officer:

“The successful candidate will lead on communications plans for Their Royal Highnesses’ engagements and support on the delivery of communications strategies to promote their key projects. The role will also involve responding to media enquiries on matters related to The Prince and Princess and their family.”

Kate Middleton candidly revealed her cancer diagnosis in March through a heartfelt video. Since then, everyone’s been wondering when the Princess of Wales will officially return to public life. While she has attended a couple of royal events sporadically and there are rumors of her presence at the Cenotaph National Service of Remembrance in November, there’s still no set date for her official comeback.

Despite this, the royal family seems to be doing everything in their power to let Kate Middleton recover. This, of course, includes the lookout for a new candidate to handle royal endeavors, lending a helping hand to not only Kate Middleton, but the whole British royal family.
