A French luxury brand is under fire after inappropriate photos of SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu were leaked

In recent days, social networks collapsed when a French luxury brand became under fire after inappropriate photos of SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu were leaked by a staff member through his personal account, infuriating all the idol’s fans.

Fans turn on their alarms when on social networks arise a screenshot of a gallery full of unseen photos of the K-Pop idol; even some of them were very intimate and inappropriate as they exposed more of his body, which is considered a privacy violation.

Mingyu, who took up most of my photo album…I couldn’t erase it because I was nervous, but I guess I should start organizing them now…“, said the post.

When the controversy grew, reaching the ears of the French luxury brand L’Occitane, they shared an apology statement: “We sincerely apologize for the recent incident involving the unauthorized release of photos” and “The employee involved has been completely removed from all duties“.

On social networks, fans have been expressing their concern, asking for more protection for SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu and wondering why those photos were on the staff phone “Crazy…leaking it is crazy, but having these saved on their phone until now? They’re not even the director?“, “Why are they displaying this on their social media for everyone to see…isn’t this sexual harassment to Mingyu?“.
