BTS’ Suga’s recent DUI case has caused a commotion among the South Korean media outlets and K-Netizens. The controversy has gone too far after MBC completely ignored the idol in one of their broadcasts, by showing the rest of the members but him.
MBC’s popular variety show, “Where is My Home?” discussed ASTRO’s Cha Eunwoo and BTS after one of the guest stars mentioned being friends with both. The variety program shows an image of the group including only six members, omitting Suga.
BTS fans, known as ARMY, were completely outraged because of MBC’s reckless actions. On top of that, they sparked the hashtag “#BTS_IS_7 “ on “X” (Formerly known as Twitter), MBC hasn’t issued any kind of statement but fans strongly believe their decision is over Suga’s controversy in the last couple of weeks.
