BTS’ Suga’s DUI case is forwarded to prosecution

BTSSuga has slowly become one of the most talked about idols in the last couple of weeks for all the wrong reasons. While South Korean media outlets are crushing Suga’s popularity over his DUI incident, the South Korean Police are determined to bring justice.

On August 30 KST, the Seoul Yongsan Police confirmed that BTS’ Suga’s electric scooter DUI case was forwarded to prosecution. On top of that, the idol is currently facing charges of operating an electric scooter while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of over 0.227%.

The case was forwarded to prosecution followers of a 3-hour questioning held by the Yongsan police on August 23. BTS’ Suga’s representatives haven’t issued any statement regarding the controversial situation, only time will decipher Suga’s fate.
