In recent days, the K-Pop idol Taeil has been trending on social networks following his departure from the NCT boy group due to a sexual crimes scandal, and according to new reports, SM Entertainment has not terminated its contract with the artist.

A few hours ago, the agency behind the boygroup released a strong statement revealing that “We have recently learned that TAEIL has been accused of a criminal case related to a sexual offense“, and they will take action and stated “he can no longer continue team activities“.

Despite their words, it was reported by JoongAng Daily that SM Entertainment has not ended their contract with Taeil, which has sparked speculations of a future return of the singer to the boy group and that his future in the entertainment industry is already unknown.
