PSY sends support to BTS’ Suga amid DUI controversy

BTSSuga and PSY is probably one of the sweetest and long-standing relationships among Kpop idols. The two friends have shown support for each other, even during the most difficult and dark times of their careers. This time, PSY proved he is a real friend of the idol.

Suga’s name has been covering almost every headline in South Korea because of his infamous DUI incident and subsequent media controversy. The legendary South Korean rapper wanted to give a shoutout to BTS’ Suga after concluding his 2024 “Summer Swag” concert series at Suwon World Cup Stadium on August 25.

PSY and BTS’ Suga’s song, “That That” was a cultural phenomenon back then when they released and promoted the single. The idol couldn’t cut the song off the setlist, so he wanted to bring a sweet message for his friend during this tough moment.

“I’m incredibly thankful to Suga for creating and singing this song with me.”
