The Duchess of Sussex has shown that she no longer cares about the protocols or dress codes that require the British monarchy, since in her last public appearances she has worn outfits that can be considered inappropriate mainly because of their necklines and slit.

However, the outfit that has generated the most controversy was the dress by designer Johanna Ortiz that Meghan Markle wore for a performance at the National Arts Center in Colombia, as it had a very high slit in the front, which showed too much of her legs, and was considered inappropriate for a royal.
