BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Rosaliía recently dazzled the world after dropping “New Woman,” one of the most powerful collaborations released this year. But if you thought these two pop sensations only had a working relationship, you could not be more wrong! It turns out this dynamic duo has been long-time friends, and “New Woman” was the best way to have them work together on a spicy song.

Don’t believe us? Then believe Lisa and Rosalía themselves, proving their friendship on Instagram! Recently, the “Rockstar” hitmaker had an IG live where she interacted with fans. In a funny twist, Rosalía joined the live after mistakenly asking Lisa to let her in using Spanish. “Hola, aceptame,” translated as “Hello, accept me,” hoping that the BLACKPINk member would understand.

But the best part was when Rosalía cheekily referenced “Rockstar,” by asking Lisa if she could give her a language lesson. “But Lisa, you have to teach me Japanese,” she said. And boom! Just like that, the Spanish singer made Lisa laugh with no effort, as she responded “Hai, hai,” also referencing the same song.
