In recent days, King Charles III left his mark on Balmoral Castle with a very significant detail that also included his wife Queen Camilla as monarchs in the history of the United Kingdom while he spent his summer vacations on the Balmoral Castle.
After having many royal responsibilities, even after being diagnosed with cancer, the monarch had started a vacation period to spend time with his family that is expected to visit the castle soon, but this property had a new change that every visitor would notice.
The new change from the monarch is to add his and his wife’s monograms to the gate railings to Balmoral Castle. Previously the doors only had the monograms of King George V and Queen Mary, Queen Elizabeth Grandparents, as ‘GRV’ and MR’.
Now, over these historic monograms are King Charles III as ‘CRIII‘ Charles Rex and Queen Camilla as ‘CR‘ Camilla Regina, just as the previous monograms used titles Rex and Regina as it is Latin for King and Queen, traditionally used for the monarch dating back to the 12th century.
