BTS’ Suga’s DUI incident became the talk of the town, turning into a major topic covered in the headlines of the South Korean media outlets. The idol and his agency, BigHit Music, officially apologized for the misinformation delivered to the media outlets about the incident.
On top of that, it was revealed that Suga’s blood alcohol concentration exceeded the limit seven times and Yongsan Police stated the electric scooter the idol was operating is classified as a “motorized bicycle,” which meant that BTS’ Suga would face criminal investigation.
According to multiple sources, BTS’ Suga is thoroughly reflecting on this issue. Sports Chosun also explained that BTS’ strong team dynamic, extreme measures like his withdrawal from BTS are not being discussed.
At the end of day, BTS’ Suga must feel remorse from the multiple consequences brought to his personal and professional career. The idol hasn’t released any further statements regarding the situation until the Yongsan Police determine whether they are going to follow up a criminal investigation.
