Taylor Swift‘s highly anticipated “Eras Tour” concerts in Vienna, Austria may have been canceled, but Swifties in the city didn’t let that stop them from creating their own magic! The singer’s August 8, 9, and 10 shows were canceled following the confirmation of a planned terrorist attack in the venue, according to the authorities.

After the arrest of three suspects plotting the attack, the safety of the 65,000 expected attendees was prioritized, and the concerts were canceled due to the threat. Despite the disappointment, Swifties turned the situation around, gathering on Vienna’s Corneliusgasse to trade friendship bracelets and share their love for Taylor Swift’s music.

The most heartwarming moment? Two fans got engaged right there on the street, making their proposal a “Love Story” that brought cheers and happy tears to the crowd. Local businesses also joined in, offering free museum entries and complimentary treats to fans, including drinks and food.

And just like that, Swifties transformed the situation into a joyful party, proving that their spirit and The Eras Tour will live on, even if the stage lights are dimmed.
