Remember 2019? Back when Stray Kids dropped their now-classic “MIROH,” dreaming of hitting festival stages with the bombastic vibes of the track. Well, fast forward to August 2, 2024, the group headlined Day 2 of Lollapalooza, their biggest festival gig yet. Last Friday, Chicago enjoyed Stray Kids and their explosives performances, following their shows at BST Hyde Park in London and I Days in Milan.
Hot on the heels of their mini-album release, “ATE,” Stray Kids took the opportunity to journey fans through their hits. With a live band boosting the energy, tracks like their newest single “Chk Chk Boom,” and classics like “MIROH” got a fresh and spicy sound. The show was a mix of sharp choreographies, strong vocals, and fire rap verses—the usual from a group like Stray Kids.
Stray Kids have clearly had a huge year so far: from rocking BST Hyde Park to releasing their mini-album “ATE,” to contributing with “Slash” for the “Deadpool & Wolverine” soundtrack. It’s clear this squad is not pressing pause, and their Lollapalooza set was definitely a crowning moment in their career. Don’t miss out on the best bits here:
