Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are about to surprise followers with their first joint interview in three years. The couple will be sitting down with CBS anchor Jane Pauley for a juicy conversation, a rare type of interview that first happened with Oprah Winfrey in early 2021. In one of the fragments of the upcoming chit-chat, the pair talks about their desire to protect their children, Prince Archie and Prince Lilibet through a new initiative.
The royal renegades are set to launch a new project named “The Parents Network“ through their Archewell Foundation. This initiative seeks to help parents with children who have been affected or harmed by online media, a topic Meghan Markle seems to know quite well:
“And so, as we can see what’s happening in the online space, we know that there’s a lot of work to be done there, and we’re just happy to be able to be a part of change for good.”
Prince Harry echoed his wife’s sentiment and said that spreading awareness among parents is very important since they are now “first responders” in situations where kids could be in danger online. If you’d like to catch the rest of the conversation, don’t forget to stay tuned to CBS Sunday Morning. Interestingly, this important interview will take place on Meghan Markle’s 43rd birthday.
