Chappell Roan has made huge moves this year, becoming one of the main pop artists to watch this year and potentially topping the UK Singles Chart. However, Sabrina Carpenter, who’s also had a remarkable year in music, isn’t backing down without a nice chart battle.
Could Chappell Roan claim her first-ever UK Number 1 single this week? 👀

Chappell Roan’s latest single “Good Luck, Babe!” is gaining momentum, and midweek sales and streaming data from the Official Charts Company said only 1,300 chart units separate Roan from Sabrina Carpenter’s “Please Please Please,” which could maintain its lead for a fifth non-consecutive week at the top spot.
Coincidentally, both artists have been having a commercial peak this year, but have previously released music that has not been met with as much commercial favor. For example, Chapell Roan dropped her first studio album “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess,” while Sabrina Carpenter had released 5 studio albums before her current massive success happened with “emails i can’t send.“
