Kate Middleton’s appearance on the Trooping the Colour and Wimbledon men’s final became a beacon of hope for all the royal followers who wanted her back. However, these appearances weren’t a clear sign of her return and she might not appear anymore on the royal scene for a little while.
The Princess of Wales will reportedly be retreating indefinitely from the spotlight as she continues her cancer treatment. Robert Jobson, the author of the upcoming biography, “Catherine, the Princess of Wales: A biography of the future queen,” spoke to People about what’s next for the Princess.
“Before, she used to live her life by the calendar, and now she is living her life, and the calendar comes in after. She will be back, but when you have had an experience like this, it changes your perspective and the order of things.”
On top of that, a palace insider also reported to Vanity Fair that Kate Middleton and her family are now likely to spend the majority of the summer “below the radar.” This might indicate that the Princess of Wales might be out of the royal scene for an unspecified amount of time.
“She won’t have to be on centre stage. Being with her family and just being herself will give her energy. There will be plenty of time to focus on her recovery.”
