Okay, K-pop stans, stand up! That’s because 2NE1 is officially getting back together with the original line-up since their dramatic split in 2017. After rumors for a potential reunion swirled last month, the speculations have become a reality.
This was later confirmed by YG Entertainment, posting a picture of the quartet on their social media accounts. The photo reads “Welcome Back,” with members CL, Minzy, Dara, and Bom posing in an image from their early days as a group.

This officially confirms that 2NE1 re-signed with the agency after parting ways about seven years ago. The first one to leave was Minzy, after much controversy. The group released their last song at that moment “Goodbye” as a trio and split up.
