Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian are back in the headlines, thanks to Ivanka Trump’s recent birthday celebration for her daughter, Arabella. Ivanka Trump, daughter of former U.S. President Donald Trump and Ivana Trump, celebrated the occasion with a Taylor Swift-themed cake. The yummy treat was heart-shaped and it was decorated with Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” lyrics: “Boys only want love if it’s torture.”
Happy 13th Birthday to my incredible daughter, Arabella! Watching you grow into a teenager feels like a dream.
Your beautiful singing and piano playing, our unforgettable horseback riding adventures, the strength and commitment you show in your Brazilian jiu-jitsu practice and… pic.twitter.com/T8LkMgclAP

Kim Kardashian, who had a public feud with Taylor, commented on Ivanka’s Instagram post for her daughter, saying “Happy Birthday Arabella.” This seemingly innocent message added a layer of intrigue given the conflict between the two stars. Most recently, Taylor’s track “thanK you aIMee” hints at this feud, predicting that reminders of their conflict would pop up unexpectedly.
In addition, the song comes after Taylor Swift’s TIME Person of the Year interview, where she reflected on their 2016 clash involving Kim Kardashian and his then-husband Kanye West. According to Swift, Kardashian released a phone call where the singer consents to her name being used in Kanye West’s song “Famous,” although it was edited and Swift did not agree.
Despite the drama, Kim Kardashian’s comment on Arabella’s post shows that the past can sometimes resurface in the most unexpected ways.
