The Royal Family’s line succession is very clear for all those who follows the royalty. However, there a couple of details that the royal followers might have not noticed at first sight, Prince George is not only the future heir to the British throne but he is also set to inherit a popular party town too.
The Duchy estate, covering 135,000 acres of land across 20 counties, comprising arable and livestock farms. residential and commercial proppiertes, alongisde forest, rivers, uarries and coastlines. The estate is ruled by the Duke of Cornwall that would be the eldest surviving son of the British Monarch and heir to the throne, in this case Prince William at the moment.
In years to come, Prince George will take over the job from Prince William and inherit the estate. It is well known that the Prince of Wales has made a fantastic job by keeping the state in good conditions and he wanted to prove King Charles III that he will be able to rule the state flawlessly.
Although Prince George is still a young child, he is slowly transitioning to new royal duties and he will become one day in the face of the Royal Family along with Prince William and Kate Middleton as he becomes the heir of the British crown.
