In recent hours, JYP Entertainment announced that Stray Kids‘ contracts have been renewed, surprising all fans of the boy group, as the end of this exclusive contract was set for the first months of 2025, but they all decided to renew it in mid-2024.
The agency behind the idols shared a statement reporting the following: “All 8 members of Stray Kids including Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N, whose exclusive contracts are due to expire early next year, have completed the renewals“.
JYP Entertainment also expressed, “The renewal was based on strong mutual trust between Stray Kids, artists who boast an unmatched sound and performance in the global music industry, and JYP Entertainment, who planned and propelled the group’s path to growth, as we confirmed our dreams of a great vision“.
This would mean that the boy group, who debuted in March of 2018 under this same label, hopes to continue their career under this agency, even with the upcoming release of their next comeback for July 19 with their 9th mini album titled ‘ATE‘.
