The weekly South Korean music program circuits have come to an end. “Inkigayo” was the last one to award the idols for their incredible music based on a point system, and fortunately, Lee Young Ji’s “Small Girl (Feat. EXO’s D.O.)” shines on its own.
On July 14, the SBS’ “Inkigayo” episode was broadcast with vivid performances from (G)I-DLE, ENHYPEN, New Jeans, and Dreamcatcher, among others. The night was full of euphoria and when it came to announcing this week’s candidates, the fans couldn’t contain their excitement.
Lee Young Ji’s “Small Girl (Featuring EXO’s D.O.),” NewJeans’ “How Sweet”, and QWER’s “T.B.H.,” were all nominees for the first place in the popular show. Ultimately, Lee Young Ji earned her fifth win for “Small Girl” and her second successive win in the show.
