Thanks to the 43rd episode of ‘Jae’s Friends’, the talk show hosted by JYJ’s Jaejoong, BLACKPINK fans got to know that Lisa gave a gift to (G)I-DLE‘s Minnie that, despite being “incredibly rare“, exceeded all their expectations, drawing attention on networks.
This July 11th, the idol was present at the talk show where they had a funny and nice conversation, in which at one point she confessed that she had a very good friendship with the Thai singer and even showed a green Cry Baby Doll keychain that the girl group member had given her as a proof.
Minnie’s story caught everyone’s attention: “I received this as a gift. These days, it’s really trendy in Thailand. It’s incredibly rare. So I really wanted this but it was constantly sold out“. Then she added, “But, Lisa got it for me“, and revealed how it all happened, saying it was tender and unexpected.

The (G)I-DLE member said, “I kept saying I wanted it, and then I got a call. She said she saw this, but it’s a reseller version. [I told her] ‘It’s too expensive, don’t buy it,’ [but she replied] ‘It’s fine, I’ll just buy it for you“. This makes it clear that Lisa doesn’t care about the cost if it’s about making a friend happy.
