In recent days, the BLACKPINK member Jennie has become a hot topic on social networks as her agency apologizes after she was seen smoking indoors in a new video of the idol, but this has seen not to solve the problem as it sparks more criticism against her.
During her vlog ‘A Moment in Capri with Jennie‘, the singer showed her styling process for her runway debut at the Jacquemus show ‘LA CASA’, but fans noticed and couldn’t accept she was smoking vape in a room surrounded by the staff who was doing her make-up and hair.

Due to this, Jennie’s agency, OA Entertainment, released a public apology, assuring she “acknowledges and deeply regrets her mistake of vaping indoors and causing inconvenience to the staff“. However, fans seem to be more disappointed for the way she managed the controversy and the apology.

On social networks, fans have expressed their dissatisfaction towards the idol with comments like, “it’s not about women smoking and human rights and whatever. It’s literally because of smoking in closed place and in staff face“, “The fact that she only apologized to the staff member after it became a controversy… I am really disappointed in Jennie for this incident“, among others.
